1. Service scope
Kerala Filing provides guided online filing support, document handling, payment collection, and application tracking. Final approvals depend on government authorities and document completeness.
2. User responsibilities
- Submit true and complete information
- Upload valid KYC and office documents
- Keep login credentials confidential
- Review service details and pricing before payment
3. Payments
Payments are processed through secure payment partners. Service fees, GST, and convenience charges (if any) are shown before checkout.
4. Limitation
Delays or rejections caused by incomplete documents, authority processing times, or third-party systems are outside Kerala Filing’s direct control. We will support remediation wherever possible.
